Backend Developer – Ruby on Rails

We’re looking for a skilled backend developer who thrives in agile, cross-functional teams, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to help evolve the Attensi Technology Platform—used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

Our backend infrastructure is hosted on AWS, using technologies like Ruby on Rails, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, Redis, Linux, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Kafka. We also use GitHub Actions for CI. Experience with any of these is a plus—but we don’t expect you to tick every box. We’re especially eager to connect with developers who have strong backend skills , solid API experience , and a particular fondness for Ruby on Rails .

In this role, you’ll build new features, develop secure and scalable APIs, contribute to discussions around capacity planning, scalability, and security, and help maintain our live environments. You’ll also help shape the core functionality of our LXP-platform, working on the underlying business logic that drives the user experience.
