Signode is a leading provider of packaging machines and high-quality consumables, helping businesses optimize their load securement. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive sales, build relationships, and expand our market presence.

Key accountabilites include :

Identify and engage potential customers for machines and consumables

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Provide product demonstrations and technical insights to customer

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings

What we’re looking for :

Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or consumables)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to understand technical products and explain their value to clients

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Experience with CRM software and sales reporting is a plus

Willingness to travel as needed

Sales Expertise – Proven track record in B2B sales, consultative selling, or industrial equipment sales

Strong communication skills – Ability to build relations, negotiate deals, and present solutions effectively

Self-motivation – A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets

Technical aptitude – Comfort with learning and explaining technical products to clients

CRM & Sales tools – Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, and reporting

Flexibility & travel – Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events

Lanugage – Swedish and / or Norweigan as well as English in writing and speaking
