We are seeking a Customer Success Team Lead to build and lead our customer success team and service desk.
This is a critical role that will ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
You will need
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., petroleum engineering, chemical engineering, business, etc.)
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management or a related field from the oil and gas industry
- Proven track record of building and leading successful customer success and account teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
