Job description

We are seeking a Customer Success Team Lead to build and lead our customer success team and service desk.

This is a critical role that will ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

You will need

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., petroleum engineering, chemical engineering, business, etc.)
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management or a related field from the oil and gas industry
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful customer success and account teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Key responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer success representatives
  • Work closely with our sales and software development teams to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take proactive steps to address any issues
