  • Own the metrics – Define and maintain source-of-truth dashboards for content exposure, click rates, and front page composition.
  • Spot friction fast – Proactively surface anomalies (e.g., glitches in layout, trouble with new features) and partner with engineering to test fixes.
  • Drive experimentation – Design A / B tests on layout tweaks, reskins, and personalized features; measure impact on conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Champion data literacy – Enable self-serve analytics for product and editorial stakeholders; coach teams on reading dashboards and setting KPIs.
  • Keep us compliant – Work with Privacy, Legal, and Data Governance to make sure consent metrics reflect GDPR and local regulations.

  • Working knowledge of experiment design and statistical evaluation.
  • Curiosity about web development and good UX , and a basic grasp of GDPR / consent frameworks .
  • You are a clear communicator who can switch from SQL to storytelling and make data feel human.
