Overview

Be among the first 25 applicants? Senior Manager Resources role based in Stavanger within Accenture's Industry Consulting group. The Senior Manager will be part of the Nordic Resources Strategy & Consulting team, guiding energy companies through the energy transition and growing the Stavanger practice.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in the Resources Leadership team in Norway and within the Nordic team with a strong global network.
  • Guide clients through the energy transition with practical, big-picture thinking and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with experienced colleagues to become a trusted partner to clients and drive transformations in the energy sector.
  • Support business growth by building and maintaining a strong project portfolio and client network.

Requirements

  • Extensive consulting and team-lead experience within energy transition.
  • Track record of supporting transformations in the energy industry and ability to grow and build a practice.
  • Commercial orientation with ability to identify opportunities and develop client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills, project experience, and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Master’s degree and a methodical, analytical, and systematic approach.
