Senior Planning Analyst

This position is with a globally respected brand originally founded in Norway.

As part of a strategic investment in digital planning and operational efficiency, the company is scaling its Planning function. At the core of this transformation is the adoption and evolution of Anaplan —a cloud-based platform used to support critical planning and forecasting processes across departments.

What will I be doing?

As an Anaplan Planning Specialist , you will be a key player in the company’s planning ecosystem—owning and evolving Anaplan models to meet business needs, streamline processes, and enable strategic decision-making. This role goes beyond technical system maintenance; it’s about leading improvements, shaping workflows, and influencing how data drives business performance.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across product, finance, commercial, and analytics teams to ensure planning tools are aligned with company goals and executed with precision.

Key responsibilities include :

• Acting as the Anaplan subject matter expert , owning end-to-end planning model design, development, and optimization.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Anaplan solutions.
• Maintaining and improving Anaplan data flows and system integrations to ensure reliability and performance.
• Leading training and documentation efforts to increase adoption and maximize value across the organization.
• Creating dashboards and outputs that drive planning insights, scenario modeling, and reporting.
• Ensuring data accuracy, governance, and integrity across systems.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance planning processes using Anaplan and complementary tools.

You’re a structured, analytical thinker with hands-on technical skills and a passion for solving planning challenges. You bring a mix of business understanding and system savvy, ideally with experience building or scaling enterprise planning tools.
