Zalaris is a leading provider of HR and payroll outsourcing solutions, serving multinational clients across Europe and beyond. Our on-premises and cloud-based platforms and managed services enable organizations to simplify HR processes, ensure compliance, and focus on strategic people management. We are seeking a Global Senior Business Controller to strengthen our finance function and support the performance of key business areas globally.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the global financial performance of the Managed Services segment, aligning closely with operational, sales, and delivery leadership, and in close cooperation with regional Finance Managers
• Deliver in-depth financial analysis and business reviews for global customers
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards and KPI tracking tools to enhance business insight and performance monitoring
• Evaluate business cases, analyze customer profitability, and review underlying cost structures to support strategic decision-making.
• Initiate and execute transformation initiatives and digital projects within F&A across the Group

Experience and education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• 4-10 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or a similar finance role
• Fluent in Norwegian and English; additional language skills are a plus
• Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Proficient in Excel and financial tools such as SAP, Power BI, Hyperion, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently at senior levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on execution and delivering outcomes
