Overview

Senior Recruitment Consultant | Software Engineering & Tech | Connecting Top Talent in Norway

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with 4–6 years of experience, mainly backend-focused but comfortable collaborating across the stack. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team building digital health solutions used by patients and professionals worldwide, with high standards for security, stability, and availability.

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
Contribute to frontend features when needed
Ensure performance, security, and reliability across systems
Collaborate with designers, product leads, and engineers
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

Requirements :

4–6 years’ software engineering experience

Strong Python and backend skills

Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud environments (AWS preferred)

Some frontend knowledge (React / TypeScript)

Fluency in Norwegian and good English communication
