About The Role

We are looking for a Contract Manager to drive legal excellence and compliance across the business. The preferred location for this role is Trondheim , but for the right candidate we can also consider Stavanger or Oslo .

As our Contract Manager , you’ll operate with a high degree of independence, supporting the business teams in a range of activities. You’ll be instrumental in managing contracts, advising on legal matters, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines legal expertise with strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on, pragmatic approach.

Your Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts with channel partners, end customers, suppliers and service providers.
• Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues, including antitrust, channel management, and product issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
• Create and implement risk management controls.
• Counsel functional peers, including active participation in product development projects.
• Provide legal and compliance training.
• Review marketing materials, including advertisements, product materials and presentations.
• Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Moderate travel required.
