Her er det korte beslutningsveier og mye rom for påvirkning. Arbeidssted for denne stillingen vil være ved vårt luftige og sentrale kontor på Skøyen i Oslo. Her er dine nye utfordringer Som Head of Legal vil du jobbe tett på organisasjonen, og ha en aktiv rolle i den daglige driften gjennom samarbeid med både kundeansvarlige og kredittavdelingen i banken. Din rolle vil være sentral for å bistå med avklaring av juridiske problemstillinger før nye kundeforhold etableres, så vel som underveis i kundeforholdet. Videre vil oppfølging av løpende juridiske spørsmål i organisasjonen være sentralt, samt å være et kontaktpunkt for spørsmål på tvers av landegrensene, enten av regulatorisk eller annen karakter. Ved å jobbe tett på virksomheten får du være en del av den operasjonelle driften med korte beslutningsveier og mulighet for å påvirke din egen jobbhverdag. Det er høyt teamfokus i Collector Bank, men selvstendig arbeid er også sentralt for å lykkes i denne rollen. Du vil inngå i et team av ti jurister, som sitter fordelt på bankens ulike kontorer og stillingen rapporterer til Country Manager Norway. Ansvar og arbeidsoppgaver Rådgiving og bistand for virksomheten i den daglige driften ved juridiske spørsmål Utforme avtaleverk og tilhørende dokumentasjon Bistå kundegruppen med juridiske spørsmål rundt nye og eksisterende kundeforhold Bistå vårt svenske hovedkontor ved utarbeide og oppfølging av retningslinjer og rutiner som en kontaktperson på det norske kontoret Være en ressursperson for banken som helhet innenfor det finansregulatoriske området, og være oppdatert på sentrale regelverksendringer Erfaring og kompetanse Vi søker deg som har juridisk embetseksamen eller mastergrad i rettsvitenskap. Du har minst tre års arbeidserfaring fra tilsvarende område, fortrinnsvis fra et advokatselskap eller fra selskap innen bank/finans. Erfaring med utarbeidelse av avtaler vil være en fordel. Som person er du kvalitetsbevisst, strukturert og effektiv i ditt arbeid. Du trives godt med selvstendig arbeid, så vel som at du samarbeider godt med team på tvers av avdelinger. Høy etisk standard og integritet er viktig for deg, og du har en pragmatisk tilnærming til problemstillinger. Du kjenner deg igjen våre verdier og er komfortabel med nye utfordringer. Selskapet har kontorer i flere land, så det kreves god skriftlig og muntlig formuleringsevne på norsk så vel som på engelsk.
