Customer Advisor with Norwegian for TV Streaming Provider (Relocation to Warsaw, Poland)

Join our team as a Customer Advisor and assist Norwegian-speaking customers for a leading TV streaming provider. This role involves providing excellent customer support via phone, email, or chat, and requires relocation to Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Support both B2B and B2C clients as the first point of contact.

Requirements :

  • Fluent in Norwegian (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
