In this role, you will lead and implement our people’s strategy, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the best talent. You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and driving HR initiatives that truly make a difference.
Perfil
- Business-minded, results-driven, and people-focused
- Hands-on, proactive, and independent
- Structured, adaptable, and comfortable with and experienced in driving change
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills both in English and Norwegian
- Solid experience with employee relations, personnel cases, and Norwegian labour law. Collaboration with union.
- Supervise payroll process, metrics, and salary structures
- Follow up and be proactive for reducing absence of different kind.
- Experienced in day-to-day HR operations and administration and as an, HR manager (5-7 + years), with a background in HORECA business.
- Higher education in HR, leadership, business, or similar. Minimum Bachelor in HR + solid experience. Education preferably done in Norway
- Fluent in English and a Norwegian language.
