Overview
Maritime Advisory is an Independent Unit (IU) within DNV Maritime and employs around 300 consultants and engineers who support customers in the maritime industry globally in their efforts to make the right decisions to achieve sustainable operations and profitable results.
The Section Shipping Advisory serves a strategic function within Maritime Advisory’s portfolio, concentrating on performance, decarbonization and sustainability initiatives. It offers expertise and services to ship owners, ship operators, ship management, cargo owners, ports and other client groups throughout the maritime value chain. As the maritime sector confronts significant environmental challenges and disruptive transformations, Shipping Advisory is well positioned to support the industry’s ongoing progress.
The Shipping Advisory section consists of thirteen professionals, all located at Høvik, Norway and have a good mix of gender and age.
Responsibilities
A summer job in Shipping Advisory at our head office in Høvik (outside Oslo) will consist of teamwork on specific tasks guided by our senior consultants. Please indicate your master program specialization and / or main area of study during the application process.
