People leader - Comfort, Home and Stopover hotels

Apply by : What you’ll do
- Leadership advisory : Act as a strategic advisor for division leaders on complex people cases, whistle blowing, conflict management, and team development. Ensure all matters are handled in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Employee & manager experience : Implementation and continuous improvement of people programs and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance development and talent reviews.
- Leadership development : Ensure the division effectively identifies, develops, and grows a strong future leader pipeline.
- Culture & engagement : Drive the implementation of company wide culture and engagement initiatives. Identify areas in need of improved culture and engagement and implement solutions.
- People metrics : Monitor and follow up on people-related metrics such as turnover, eNPS and sick leave. Implement action plans to maintain and improve results.
- Executive recruitment : Ensure quality hiring for strategically important roles, either by leading the process or by contracting external hiring services.
- Employer branding : Implement group employer branding strategy, and manage brand-specific employer branding initiatives relevant to the brands in your division.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with experience as a People Business Partner or in a people leadership role. Strategic, data-driven work on people topics and hands-on execution are important.
Strong foundation in Swedish or Norwegian employment law.Experience as a trusted advisor to business leaders in complex people cases.Experience and interest in facilitating trainings and workshops.Experience from building and executing programs across the employee lifecycle (employer branding, hiring, onboarding, team and leadership development, retention).The role will be located in Stockholm or Oslo, and travel to our hotels regularly is expected.
