A summer internship in Aker BP will give you 6-8 weeks of practical experience within a relevant field of expertise and a taste of what it's like to work for us. You will socialize with other summer interns, grow your professional network, and learn from experienced professionals.

The Finance, Strategy & Partner operated (FSP) organisation in Aker BP strives to be recognized as the industry benchmark. As a summer student within FSP you will be part of an inclusive and enthusiastic team. Key areas FSP in Aker BP is responsible for includes financial reporting and accounting, performing financial analyses and investment decisions support, cost and performance management, strategy and sustainability.

Typical work tasks can be to independently run analysis within key focus area for Aker BP and support with running tasks (These will vary depending on the department you will be assigned to).

Responsibilities

• Analyse and report costs vs. internal targets and budgets.
• Calculate and benchmark operational and financial performance.
• Prepare and visualize management presentations.
• Participate in the financial reporting process.
• Use of financial models for reporting, forecasting and valuation.
