Job descriptionDevelop and deliver from A to Z on scroll-stopping and disruptive content across all platforms and channels, including LinkedIn, newsletters, TikTok, the website, and blog, in both written and video formats that actually create engagement. Bringing bold ideas to the table , keeping the creative energy high, pushing the brand (and the team) to stay ahead of the curve and stand out with a creative edge. Take charge of our content plan , steering the timing and making sure campaigns, events, and launches hit hard, land right, and actually move the needle. You would rather ignite a fire of ideas than quietly polish another 20-second b-roll. You have killer creative instincts, you can smell cringe a mile away, and you put it down instantly. You know how to take “compliance” (don’t worry, you don’t have to know anything about compliance to start with) and make it addictive, entertaining, and shareable. If you don’t know something, you know where and how to learn it. You would rather break the industry with something new than blend into it. If you proudly say you have never been on TikTok and believe that’s only for Gen Alpha. You still need a boss to hold your hand. This is not daycare, and we are not babysitters. You think another 52-slide PowerPoint in a webinar will “spark inspiration.” You confuse “content strategy” with reposting yesterday’s LinkedIn garbage in blog format. You are scared of ambition, allergic to chaos, or the type who whispers “maybe next quarter” when faced with a big idea. You think AI is too scary to try out, and when you hear things like “Veo3 and Nano Banana” just launched, you switch topics. Competitive salary, pension, and bragging rights. A chance to be part of a global FinTech-scaleup that actually has taste. A rare chance to make a dent in one of the most stagnant yet important industries out there.
