HR People Advisor (12-Month Fixed-Term Position)
We are seeking an HR professional who can influence and contribute to the development and optimization of how we work in HR. The role focuses on HR operations, annual HR processes, labor law, and process improvement, working closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality HR delivery.
For this role, experience with independent HR and advisory work, a strong interest in HR systems, and confidence with English (our corporate language) are advantageous. The position is a one-year assignment starting in March / April, with the start date to be agreed.
Join Our HR Team
As our new People Advisor, you will be part of the People Advisory, Nordics team (NO, DK, SE & FI). You will advise employees and leaders on local HR matters, annual cycle processes, sick leave, personnel cases, and more. You will also train our global HR Operations colleagues in India, ensuring quality control and advising on daily questions related to Norwegian conditions. Our services support managers and employees across Rambøll Norway, Rambøll Management Consulting, and Henning Larsen Architects, as well as global market deliveries.
In the Nordic team we are 17 colleagues, with 4 based in Norway. We work independently while maintaining close communication and collaborate with other support functions (Communication, HSE, IT, Workplace). Our closest colleagues are the Norwegian HR Business Partners and HR Director. We strive to be perceived as One HR and value a global working environment where you can identify new opportunities and solutions.
HR is undergoing transformation to implement simple, efficient, and value-creating processes, with a focus on automation and robotics where possible. You will have the opportunity to contribute to global projects and anchor global processes in the Norwegian business.
The Right Job for You : Curious and Ready to Take Responsibility
This role is suited for someone eager to take responsibility and shape their work. Core tasks include HR advising and support, serving as a sparring partner on local legislation for colleagues in India, maintaining and updating employee handbooks, and handling internal HR communications. Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.
