What you’ll be doing…

As Head Chef, you will manage and support the catering team, focusing on financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service
  • Maintain and control food stocks within budget
  • Build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and team
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations
