We are seeking a skilled and experienced Locksmith Supervisor to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Locksmith Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our locksmith department and ensuring the timely completion of all projects. Your main duties will include supervising and training a team of locksmiths, managing inventory and supplies, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise a team of locksmiths and delegate tasks accordingly
• Train new locksmiths on company procedures and safety protocols
• Manage inventory levels and order necessary supplies
• Ensure all projects are completed within established timeframes
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients
• Troubleshoot any potential issues or challenges that arise during projects
• Maintain accurate records of work completed by the team
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new techniques into our services

Requirements :
