The EMEA Commercial team is now seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Success Manager (CSM) responsible for fostering lasting client relationships and being a trusted advisor to our subscribers. You will collaborate with various Account Managers on a portfolio of customers to ensure each relationship is growing and developing in alignment with our business strategy and goals.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in customer success, account management and / or business analysis, specifically within the Energy sector. The candidate should also possess expertise and network from the Energy industry, strong commercial mindset, ability to understand and translate customer needs and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Tasks include working directly with users and key stakeholders to build and increase product adoption, uncover the need for new services, and maintain relationships across the organization. You will get the opportunity to develop and execute product‑driven and segment‑focused client retention and growth strategies, as well as helping clients realize the full value of Rystad Energy's databases and analytics to help them deliver on their business outcomes. You will also work closely with internal cross‑functional teams such as marketing, product development, market research and training specialists to drive engagement and expansion across your client remit.
