Job Description

Outdoor Norway, located in Voss – Norway's Adventure Capital, is seeking a talented and self-driven Creative Videographer to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis. This role involves video shooting, ensuring our visual standards and brand aesthetics are met.

The ideal candidate possesses strong visual storytelling skills, can work independently, and is comfortable working in dynamic, real-world environments such as events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage. Key Responsibilities

Understand and embody the company's Vision & Mission
Conceptualize and shoot high-quality video content
Apply creative effects while maintaining realism and brand integrity when needed
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure visual content aligns with marketing strategies
Capture high-quality visual content to showcase our offerings and brand in videos
Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
Manage social media and website content by providing engaging visual material
Produce and edit content to create compelling stories that evoke emotions and showcase Norway's natural wonders
Stay updated with current video trends and social media formats
Assist at the front desk during peak seasons; responsibilities will be limited as visual content is the focus

Qualifications

Proven experience as a videographer with a portfolio of past work

Photography skills are a plus

Basic motion graphics or animation skills (e.g., After Effects) are advantageous

Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition

Ability to work independently and own projects

Excellent time management and communication skills

Own camera and production equipment preferred
