Customer Support with Norwegian for SAS Airlines (relocation to Warsaw, Poland)

Your responsibilities :

  • Be the friendly voice or message our premium customers hear first when they need travel help.
  • Guide our partners through booking flights, using online services, selecting payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks.
  • Assist customers when their travel plans encounter issues.
  • Communicate via chat or call to resolve customer problems efficiently.
  • Create meaningful connections to ensure customers remember your helpfulness.

Our requirements :

  • Fluent in Norwegian (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
  • Positive, patient, and adaptable to daily challenges.
  • Excellent listening skills and clear, confident communication.
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
