Your Role :
As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care. You’ll foster therapeutic relationships with patients and families, while leading and supporting your healthcare team through effective communication, delegation, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform comprehensive patient assessments upon admission and throughout careDevelop and implement individualized care plans with the patient and interdisciplinary teamDocument all care activities, observations, and changes promptly and accuratelyEducate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge careAssign and supervise team members (LPNs, PCAs, Ortho Techs, ED Clerks, etc.)Promote safety and quality improvement by participating in performance initiativesProvide effective hand-offs and contribute to team huddles and care transitionsMaintain annual competencies and uphold regulatory complianceQualifications :
Current Registered Nurse license in Canada and eligibility to obtain Alabama RN licenseWill consider NEW Graduates or at least 1+ year acute care experienceMinimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross (required upon start or within 6 months)Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluentlySpecialty certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC) welcomed for unit-specific rolesOpportunities Across Units :
