Role overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of success in sales and account management within the oil and gas service sector. This role demands a strategic thinker who can build and maintain strong client relationships while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for key oil and gas customers using ExperWELL resin products.
  • Lead customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and product teams to resolve issues and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling, to expand customer accounts.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide product development and business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven, demonstrable success in sales, account management, or customer success within oil and gas service companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Oil & Gas Technology, Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of oil and gas well technologies and resin product applications preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and deliver measurable business impact.
