We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Contracts Manager (Building Solutions) to manage the financial and contractual aspects of our Building Solutions projects in Norway.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial and contractual execution of advanced building automation, HVAC&R, and BMS / CEP projects across Norway—from early tendering to project close-out—ensuring all delivery targets for time, cost, and quality are met.
• Oversee quantity surveying and commercial management from contract award to completion across multiple projects within HVAC&R, BMS / CEP, and building automation.
• Provide financial and contractual advice to stakeholders, including assessment of commercial risks.
• Monitor and control project changes to ensure successful financial outcomes while minimizing risks.
• Ensure projects meet financial and contractual objectives as part of our overall growth strategy.
• Manage contracts, accounts, and negotiations for timely and profitable outcomes.
• Resolve issues to bring projects back on track regarding budgets and deadlines.
• Oversee change management, drive process improvements, and identify claims or opportunities.
• Review contracts for compliance, manage scope changes, and support procurement processes.
• Assess and mitigate risks and address counterclaims from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct measurements and valuations, ensuring payment is aligned with project progress.
