About the Role

As the Lead DevSecOps Engineer at OTee, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of industrial automation and control systems while ensuring the highest standards of security throughout our development and deployment processes. We are looking for an exceptional individual who will drive secure product design, implement robust security practices, and manage secure cloud infrastructure to develop groundbreaking solutions that meet and exceed our customers\' expectations. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage secure CI / CD pipelines with integrated security scanning ensuring consistent and reliable deployment of cloud applications and services on AWS EKS
• Create, manage and optimize our Kubernetes clusters on AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, resilience, and security hardening
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure the health, performance, and security of our services.
• Implement and maintain Pub / Sub data frameworks and caching mechanisms (Redis, NATS etc.)
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform with security best practices and policy-as-code frameworks
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices following ZeroTrust principles and OWASP
• Manage AWS security services including IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager and conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability remediation
