Customer Support with Norwegian for SAS Airlines (relocation to Warsaw, Poland)

Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist with Norwegian language skills for SAS Airlines, based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities include :

  • Providing friendly assistance to premium customers seeking travel help via chat or call.
  • Guiding customers through booking flights, online services, payment options, and loyalty programs.
  • Assisting travelers when travel plans encounter issues.
  • Creating memorable customer experiences through effective communication and support.

Requirements :

  • Fluent Norwegian (C1) and good English skills (B2).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and adaptability.
  • Excellent listening skills and clear communication.
  • Organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
