The Role & What You Will Be Doing
As our new Customer Service Manager , you will be a key part of our Norway & Denmark Subcluster, working from our office in Oslo. You will play a central role in ensuring smooth customer operations and high service quality across the supply chain — from order handling to customer communication and logistics coordination.
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Customer Service Manager role will make an impact :
Manage the full customer order process (from order placement to invoicing) with a strong service mindset
Coordinate with our regional and local 3PL warehouses and freight forwarders
Issue and manage documentation to ensure timely and compliant shipping / import into Norway
Provide excellent customer service to pharmacies, doctors, patients, and health institutions — by phone and email
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
Ensure transporters have the correct customs documentation for cross-border deliveries
Create customer orders into our ERP system (SAP)
Create and dispatch invoices to customers
Investigate and resolve order / invoice discrepancies (e.g., incorrect or damaged goods, pricing issues)
Communicate stock availability and manage out-of-stock notifications to customers
Handle sample orders efficiently
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences :
Experience from a similar customer service or logistics role
Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP
Good understanding of import / export documentation and processes
Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Norwegian and English
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
A genuine desire to deliver great service every day
