Overview
You are a driven, self-motivated, and hungry-to-learn individual looking to build a career in digital advertising. As a Strategy Analyst, you will be a crucial support to the sales team, performing deep-dive analysis into customer, seller, product and campaign data. You will collaborate with multiple departments including Sales, Customer Success, Commercial Leadership, Marketing and Finance through the use of data. You are a detailed, focused and determined professional with effective communication skills.
What you will do
- Proficiently utilize Salesforce with Sojern’s architecture and guidelines; follow Sojern sales processes, products, pricing, and cross-functional operations to increase sales and productivity.
- Develop internal relationships, set recurring meetings, and proactively communicate with stakeholders such as Sales Account Executives & Leadership, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Finance, Product Managers, and Marketing to provide insight and leadership through data.
- Prepare and analyze sales forecasts; collect and analyze data to evaluate current sales achievement.
- Maintain existing sales Tableau dashboards and proactively drive ad hoc reporting aimed at process optimization and sales growth.
- Analyze sales and account data; identify trends and performance and proactively make recommendations regarding strategic sales initiatives.
- Create and innovate tools, processes, and procedures, specifically including but not limited to Salesforce, existing queries (BigQuery) and Tableau to support and strengthen the sales organization.
- Support finance in planning and analysis activities, QA data discrepancies, assist in decision making, budget distribution, and tracking.
- Help build prospecting and proposal presentations by gathering relevant slides, researching information to be included, and / or providing input, analysis and support of presentations.
- Evaluate third-party solutions for appropriate Commercial Strategy functions as needed.
- Support multiple markets, may require after-hours calls and potential international travel.
- Demonstrate a masterful understanding of Sojern data, products / solutions and team functions; interact effectively with Sojern’s systems (BigQuery, Tableau & Salesforce).
