Overview

Global Service Delivery Manager - SAP (Logistics Domain) role at Stefanini North America and APAC. This position requires a seasoned SAP Functional Consultant with logistics domain expertise, hands-on SAP Cloud experience (public and private cloud), and strong project management skills using SAP Activate and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building abilities are essential for this global leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global service delivery operations for SAP solutions, focusing on logistics-related modules and functionalities.
  • Apply hands-on SAP functional consulting experience in logistics (SAP MM, SD, WM, TM, EWM, etc.).
  • Manage SAP Cloud deployments across public and private cloud architectures, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
  • Own end-to-end SAP project management, using SAP Activate and Agile delivery models for implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, multicultural teams across geographies; mentor and develop high-performing teams.
  • Act as primary client engagement contact, maintaining relationships with global stakeholders and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project delivery from scope definition and planning through execution and support, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of SAP services.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Significant experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in the logistics domain (modules such as MM, SD, WM, TM, EWM).
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions in both public and private cloud environments.
  • Experience managing complex global SAP projects, including new implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Agile frameworks.
  • Proven people manager with multicultural / global team experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar) is preferred.
