Job Purpose
- Partner with GBU / REMS HSE teams to implement HSE management system, processes, & programs in the region in compliance; with the requirements established by TechnipFMC, relevant industry standards (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and applicable regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and continually improve the Global HSE management system, processes, and compliance programs for suitability & effectiveness; to minimize HSE risk exposure and enhance HSE performance
- Support the activities / programs / initiatives that contribute to the achievement of Global HSE and HSE Management System & Compliance objectives, and alignment strategies

Execution of HSE management system & compliance related activities, and the management of HSE certifications in the country (MR / Audit program / Certification Audits)Primary activities include : Providing HSE-technical expertise, support, and guidance to the organization through assessing, establishing, implementing, and continually improving HSE systems, processes, and programsPartner with GBU / REMS HSE teams to carry out activities to meet TechnipFMC, & regulatory compliance and support, improving its' effectiveness on a continual basisParticipate (may be appointed as a Lead) in the Global / Regional / Local Network / Workgroup for HSE management system- & compliance related improvement effortsProvide expertise & support to GBU / REMS HSE for a new site in the region to achieve compliance / certification to ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards, including withdrawalYou are meant for this job if
Master’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent qualification5+ years' working experienceLead Auditor (ISO 14001 or ISO 45001) from a recognized service providerGood knowledge & experience with local HSE regulatory requirementsGood knowledge & experience with the implementation of effective HSE management system, processes & compliance / regulatory requirements in the project(s) or workplace(s)Fluent in English (written & spoken)Experience with Project ManagementAbility to build and maintain relationships, vertically and horizontally, within the organizationDemonstrate capability (i.e. experience) of working with cross-functional teams from different locations / countries / geographical areasSkills
NEBOSH / CSP / CSHO or other equivalent HSE certifications / qualificationsPrevious experience in the Oil & Gas industryFluent in written and spoken NorwegianYour Future at TechnipFMC
