Responsibilities

  • Moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines and legal standards.
  • Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone to Norwegian -speaking players.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and positive user experience.
  • Document and report moderation findings and customer interactions.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance moderation skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and a strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to assess user-generated content.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture.
  • A genuine interest in the content moderation industry is a significant advantage.
