This is a critical role, ensuring the success of our vision of World Class Call Centre. Reporting to the Country Director in Norway, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Alarm Centre in Oslo, and a dedicated team of 60 employees, including your management team. Our Alarm Centre serves customers, mainly in the insurance and mobility markets, 24 / 7, 365 days per year.
We set out on a strategic transformation two years ago, and our Alarm Centre has undergone considerable improvements, with an increased focus on operational excellence, Nordic alignment, digitalization, and driving a high-performance culture. The journey is far from over, and you will be tasked with taking over from your predecessor, and continuing to drive change throughout our operations, in collaboration with your colleagues in the local management team in Oslo and in the Nordic Operations Team.
Focussing on productivity, effectiveness, high service quality, cost efficiency and continuous improvement, this role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to successfully manage a range of stakeholders across the Nordics, an unwavering commitment to operational excellence and an ambition to be best in class.
This role is part of the Local Management Team in Norway, which includes our Country Director, Head of Commercial, Network Manager, Business Controller and People Manager.
