Job descriptionBachelor’s or master’s degree Relevant subjects : Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering and similar Minimum 5-7 years’ experience within supply chain management You are commercially aware. You are professional and an independent team player. You have strong oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English. You are flexible and willing to adapt to changes. You engage positively with others and demonstrate a high degree of collaboration skills. You work in a structured and efficient manner, always in accordance with applicable guidelines. Experience with SAP is an advantage. A high degree of data discipline is preferred. Assignment Description
- Follow-up of complex procurement packages
- Develop and implement procurement strategies with a strong emphasis on cost reduction and value creation.
- onduct market screening and maintain excellent market knowledge to identify cost-effective suppliers and solutions.
- Prepare inquiry documents for major equipment and services in close cooperation with engineering.
- Perform commercial evaluations of quotations.
- Issue purchase orders and contracts
- Monitor and ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe, cost, and quality.
- Manage professional variation handling.
- Handle risks, deviations, and invoice processing.
- Ensure all activities comply with client’s guidelines, work instructions, and procedures.
- Continuously work on improvements to reduce internal and external risks and costs, enhance delivery quality, and strengthen collaboration.
