Overview

Licensed Psychologist to perform medical assessments for United States Veterans as part of the VA disability benefits process. This is a part-time, in-person Independent Contractor role.

Description

Responsibilities include reviewing behavioral health records electronically via a secure Web Portal, conducting comprehensive in-person assessments for each Veteran, and completing Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal. The psychologist does not make disability determinations and will not treat or prescribe medications in this position. On average, the role involves reviewing and assessing 4 Veterans per day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person comprehensive assessments for Veterans.
• Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.
• Adhere to Independent Contractor arrangements; do not make disability determinations.

Schedule and Location

Part-time schedule : Thursday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 4 : 00 p.m. This is an IN-PERSON position.
