The Opportunity

As a Community Associate, you will work closely with both new and existing customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Typical Day at Regus

You arrive 15 minutes before opening to prepare the centre. Throughout the day, you handle customer inquiries such as WiFi issues, package arrivals, and directions. You assist with setting up meeting rooms, managing mail, and supporting event planning. As the day ends, you ensure the centre is tidy and ready for the next day.

About You

We seek someone capable of multitasking while delivering excellent customer service. You should be :

• A good communicator, able to build relationships and empathize with clients
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to change
