Join SD Worx and help shape the future of HR and payroll solutions. We’re looking for a Partner Account Manager to take ownership of our accounting firm customers in Norway. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships, driving sales, and ensuring our partners receive top-tier support and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with accounting firm partners.
- Drive up-selling opportunities and collaborate closely with SD Worx Norway and the Growth Board Accounting.
- Translate sales objectives into actionable plans and deliver results.
- Identify and engage new prospects to expand our customer portfolio.
- Prepare tailored offers and negotiate contracts aligned with our pricing and product strategy.
- Promote our products and services to grow the regional and international customer base.
- Plan and execute events and activities for accounting firm partners.
- Ensure change orders are invoiced correctly.
- Stay up to date with market trends and developments to maintain credibility and deliver expert advice.
- Actively contribute to team meetings and knowledge sharing.
What You Bring
A Master’s degree in a relevant field.5–7 years of experience in account management, preferably in a B2B or partner-driven environment.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.Fluent in Norwegian and English.Experience from or knowledge about the Accounting industry or payroll is an advantage, however not a mustHiring Process and What to Expect
