Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Core Architect / Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and optimization of our mobile core network infrastructure, supporting 4G / 5G and beyond. Your work will ensure seamless connectivity, high performance, and reliable communication services for our clients. Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and manage mobile core network architecture with a focus on scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot network elements, including EPC, 5GC, UDM, PCF, IMS, SEPP, DRA / STP and other relevant components.
  • Optimize network performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mobile core solutions with applications, ensuring high service quality.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in 4G, 5G, and mobile network evolution.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in mobile core network engineering, with a focus on LTE / 4G and / or 5G core technologies.
  • Strong understanding of mobile core protocols (e.g., Diameter, GTP, SIP) and core network elements (e.g., MME, HSS, PCRF, AMF, SMF, UPF, UDM).
  • Hands-on experience with EPC, IMS, and 5G Core systems from major vendors (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco).
  • Knowledge of RAN technologies and protocols is a plus.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, network optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience in International Roaming environments and best practices including GSMA IR and relevant guidelines in efficient and secure connectivity principles.
  • Experience with cloud-native network functions (CNFs) and virtualization.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (Python, Ansible).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
