We are looking for motivated service engineers to take the role as Service / Project Engineer in our automation department in Oslo. In this position you will be part of planning and execution of engineering activities such as HW / SW design, programming, on-site implementation, test, service and commissioning on ABBs control systems.

We have an increasing project volume in our automation department. Projects are mainly related to modification projects and Control System upgrades in the Oil and Gas segment onshore and offshore, and process industries onshore. Modernizing and streamlining our installed base to ensure stability and efficiency with top technology and long-lasting solutions.

The position is located at ABB’s office in Fornebu.

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of engineering activities such as HW / SW design, implementation, test and commissioning (onshore and offshore) on ABBs control systems
• Control system setup and configuration
• Programming of ABB controllers and HMI
• Travelling on service and site trips must be expected
