The Resolute Group have been retained by an International manufacturer, making and suppling specialist parts for the High voltage and power sectors across the globe. A key member of the supply chain supporting HV cabling, Over-head lines and Sub stations.
Due to the growth across the European markets we are now seeking a proactive and commercially focused individual to join the Scandinavian division. Playing a key role in driving commercial performance by converting project opportunities, influencing technical specifications, and developing strategic business relationships.
The individual will collaborate with senior sales leadership and regional colleagues to strengthen the company’s position in the market. Building strong relationships with the existing clients but also identifying key project opportunities to develop new clients, relationships and business opportunities.
This position needs someone that is driven and able to manage their own day to day actives. Although reporting in to the Head of Business Development, you will not be micro managed, managing your own diary, meetings, business development actives, building your own pipeline and then sharing your knowledge with the other Sales Engineers & Business Development managers across Europe.
As Clients operate across Europe, building strong internal relationships will be key to share knowledge and opportunities with in existing clients.
