Overview

Per inserimento in organico, siamo alla ricerca di un / a AI Security Engineer con esperienza nella definizione, progettazione e implementazione di servizi di sicurezza avanzati in ambienti AI-driven. La risorsa sarà coinvolta nella realizzazione di architetture sicure per sistemi basati su Intelligenza Artificiale e LLM (Large Language Models), contribuendo alla protezione dell\'intero ciclo di vita dei modelli e allo sviluppo di soluzioni difensive contro le principali minacce emergenti.

Lavorerai su progetti altamente tecnologici, in un ambiente giovane e dinamico;
Sarai coinvolta / o nelle varie fasi di progetto come AI Security Engineer.

Attività e Responsabilità

Definire e implementare servizi di sicurezza e architetture sicure in contesti AI e cloud.

Progettare e ingegnerizzare servizi SOC e / o basati su tecnologie AI , con focus sulla detection automatica delle minacce.

Analizzare e contrastare le principali vulnerabilità e attacchi contro modelli AI / LLM (es. data poisoning, model inversion, prompt injection, ecc.).

Collaborare alla definizione delle specifiche di progetto e alla redazione di studi di fattibilità tecnica .

Supportare il team nella valutazione dei rischi di sicurezza associati all’adozione di soluzioni AI / LLM.

Coordinare attività progettuali e risorse tecniche in ambito sicurezza.

Proporre soluzioni innovative per la sicurezza dei dati e dei modelli durante le fasi di training, deployment e inferenza .

Competenze richieste

Il candidato ideale deve possedere le seguenti caratteristiche :

Esperienza nella progettazione di soluzioni di cybersecurity per ambienti complessi e distribuiti.

Conoscenza avanzata delle architetture LLM e dei principali framework di AI (es. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

Familiarità con tecniche di attacco e difesa AI-specifiche .

Competenze in AI governance, AI risk management e tecnologie di explainability (XAI).

Esperienza con piattaforme di sicurezza e strumenti SOC , anche AI-driven (es. SIEM, SOAR).

Capacità di analisi, problem solving e gestione autonoma di progetti.

Buone capacità di comunicazione tecnica e collaborazione interfunzionale.

Titoli preferenziali

Certificazioni in ambito sicurezza (Es. CISSP, CISM, OSCP)

Conoscenza delle normative e dei framework di compliance (Es. AI Act, GDPR, NIST AI RMF).

Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore

Completano il profilo

eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, propensione al Team Working, atteggiamento proattivo e orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati.
