Job Purpose
Assists in setting and maintaining high quality standards. Ensure client demands and expectations are met. Focus on preventing defects in manufactured products from design to Life of Field. Play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products and processes. Working closely with crossfunctional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and customer service, to identify quality issues, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
Job Description
- Support our TechnipFMC True North through goals and objectives identified
- Support Global programs, and lead implementations locally
- Ensure that products, processes, and systems meet specified standards and requirements
- Support and cooperate with TechnipFMC stakeholders on the ongoing tasks
- Support in maintenance, development, review and acceptance of Inspection and Test Plans for relevant products, Tenders and towards the Customers
- Support the creation and maintenance of quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, quality manuals, and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Assist in training and mentoring team members on quality standards, processes, and best practices
- Responsible of data collection and input to support planning of annual Process Verifications and Customer Survey program
- Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure our quality practices remain current and effective
- Responsible to ensure that product and contractual requirements is understood and captured in Product Engineering, and have close interaction with Supplier Quality to ensure requirements is communicated towards supplier
You are meant for this job if :
Higher education holding a Bachelor\'s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience from Quality Assurance related workGood technical understanding and knowledge of subsea system, technology, and productsExperience with quality methodologies used within Lean Six Sigma or similar frameworksRequired minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experienceAnalytical skills with attention to details, and the ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and drive improvementsExperience in problem solving methods e.g., 8D and different root cause analysis methodsKnowledge in relevant laws and regulations and industry standards like ISO, API and NORSOProficiency in using following tools and systems : SAP, Teamcenter, MS OFFICESkills :
Ability to work systematically and independently and to define and reach milestonesGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team oriented environmentAble to make decisions and push actions through the organizationMotivated to learn about TechnipFMC products & processesGood skills in Norwegian and English language, verbal and written.Additional Skills : Applicable certificates, e.g. Certificate of Quality Engineer or Auditor certificate.Your future at TechnipFMC :
