Gjensidige Mobility Group søker nå etter deg som ønsker å være en bidragsyter i et spennende selskap i sterk vekst som deres nye Head of Accounting and Processes. Du vil få en sentral rolle i et dynamisk og kunnskapsrikt økonomimiljø med en sterk innflytelse på selskapets resultater. Head og Accounting and Processes vil få en unik mulighet til å påvirke utviklingen og verdiskapningen innenfor et prioritert satsningsområde. Stillingen rapporterer til selskapets CFO. Arbeidsoppgaver Overordnet ansvar for månedsavslutning og rapportering Overordnet ansvar for årsavslutning og revisordialog Hoved-kontaktperson mot Gjensidige Konsernregnskap Gjennomgå og automatisere regnskapsprosesser og tilgrensende prosesser rundt skadeoppgjør, rapportering og BI Ansvar for implementering av nytt regnskapssystem Utvikle og vedlikeholde analyser og interne kontrollprosedyrer Bidra som en fagressurs for ledelsen og dine kollegaer Head of Accounting vil potensielt med tiden få et betydelig lederansvar. Kvalifikasjoner Høyere relevant utdannelse – gjerne innenfor økonomi, regnskap, finans eller tilsvarende Erfaring fra roller innen regnskap og revisjon, virksomhetsstyring og lignende Erfaring fra rapportering og årsoppgjør Kjennskap til skatt, MVA og konserninterne transaksjoner Solid forretnings-, økonomi- og regnskapsforståelse Dyktig til å sammenstille informasjon for rapporterings- og presentasjonsformål Kandidater med noen års erfaring fra én eller flere av de ovennevnte områdene vil også bli vurdert til stillingen. Til denne rollen søker vi deg som er en nysgjerrig og nytenkende fagperson med en analytisk og systematisk tilnærming til faget. Du er prosessorientert med en høy drive og arbeidskapasitet, og går gledelig ned på detaljnivå samtidig som du har et godt overblikk. Kundegruppene er både forbrukere og profesjonelle aktører i bilbransjen.
