Are you fluent in Dutch and looking for an exciting (remote) opportunity based in Greece? At Mercier Consultancy MD , we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Representative to enhance our customer service team.

This remote position allows you to enjoy the beauty and culture of Greece while making a significant impact in our client relations.

Your Role :

Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Learn and navigate our client systems to provide high-quality service.
Collaborate with your team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools suitable for remote work.

Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
