We are currently seeking a Technical Advisor to strengthen our team further. As our Technical Advisor , you will work closely with internal employees and external customers from around the globe.

What You’ll Do

• Technical support and assistance towards internal and external customers
• Follow-up and assist service engineers with technical support and solutions
• Ad-hoc tasks / assignments from time to time
• Be part of the 24 / 7 duty phone support team
• Assist with planning and coordinate service engineers’ assignments
• Be a contact point towards the different product departments

You will be part of the Global Customer Support division who is responsible for Kongsberg Maritime\'s services, upgrades and support in the aftermarket.
