O & M Engineer

Details

Duration : 01.08.2025 - 1 year contract

Location : Stavanger

We are looking for a person with high interests in maintenance engineering and a wide range of capabilities to support the project operation and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in maintenance engineering, combined with a solid understanding of equipment, and the ability to deliver work in a timely and structured manner.

Assignment Description

Support the project operation and maintenance team.
Perform maintenance engineering tasks and ensure equipment functionality.
Deliver work within deadlines and maintain structured processes.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

Key deliverables

Perform Technical Hierarchy, Consequence Analysis

FMECA Analysis

Perform Workshops on Consequence Analysis and FMECA

Develop Maintenance Program

Input to Maintenance Strategy and Spare Part Strategy

GMC (Generic Maintenance Concepts)

Barrier Management / Assurance Tasks

Operating & Maintenance Procedures

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience in maintenance engineering.

Strong understanding of equipment and maintenance processes.

Proven ability to deliver work on time and in a structured manner.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Knowledge of Norsok Z-008, ISO 14224

Experience in operation and maintenance of equipment (like troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of mechanical equipment)

Both Norwegian and English are required

Software requirements : MS Office and CMMS (SAP, MAXIMO, IFS or similar)
