Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled software developers to join our R&D team, developing mission-critical software for autonomous flight systems, sensor integration, and tactical communication systems. We are looking for capable engineers that can take on one or more of the following responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software for unmanned aerial vehicle control systems
Implement real-time data processing for EO / IR sensor payloads
Develop embedded software for flight control and navigation systems
Create and maintain Ground Control Station (GCS) software applications
Implement GPS and GPS-denied navigation capabilities
Develop Android-based tactical applications
Work with data link protocols including STANAG 4609, MAVLink, RAS-A, and CoT
Create automated testing and simulation frameworks

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in computer science, cybernetics or related field.

3+ years of experience in software development

Proficiency in C / C++ and Python

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Bonus Skills

Good understanding of physics, control theory, computer vision or related subjects

Knowledge of AI / ML algorithms for autonomous systems

Knowledge of the Linux kernel and Linux driver development

Understanding of encryption and cybersecurity principles

Familiarity with military / defense standards and protocols

Experience with unmanned systems or aerospace software

Knowledge of MAVLink protocol and autonomous flight systems

Experience with ATAK development

Background in defense or aerospace industry
