As our Training Coordinator & Non-Technical Trainer , you will play a key role in coordinating all training activities internally and externally, while also delivering engaging training sessions within : Sales processes, Service and sales systems, XPeng’s brand, culture, and values.

This is a role where you will shape how we build competence in XPeng Norway – and contribute to creating an outstanding customer journey.

• Coordinate and manage all training activities for employees, dealers, and partners
• Deliver engaging courses and workshops
• Support onboarding and development of new employees
• Design and continuously improve training programs and learning methods
