Buyer (m / f / d) IT Procurement & Supplier Management
The Commercial Functions division, consisting of the Finance, Controlling, Procurement and ERP teams, has the task and the ambition to continuously improve and automate the commercial structures and processes of the ITSC in order to meet today's requirements even better and to master future challenges at an early stage.
Your tasks with us
- You procure IT systems, data lines, licenses and complex services for the entire ITSC
- Among other things, you will be involved in the design of procurement procedures (e.g. public tenders)
- You carry out requirements analyses, obtain quotations and conduct price negotiations
- You take care of supplier management as well as the operational management and optimization of order and contract management
- You will be involved in drafting and managing financing contracts
- You are responsible for sustainable data maintenance in the ERP system and other tools
- You participate in the introduction and further development of the ERP system and connected systems
- You maintain the ISO document collection and are involved in its further development
- You check invoices and carry out supplier evaluations and complaint processes
What you bring with you
Education : at least 3 years of experience in purchasing, ideally in IT procurementTechnical : solid knowledge of common purchasing methods, knowledge of public procurement law, very confident handling of MS Office products, ideally user knowledge of MS Navision, high IT affinity, basic knowledge of the relevant ISO standards, in particular their practical implementation in conjunction with the corresponding documentationPersonal : analytical and networked thinking; goal- and result-oriented way of working; strong communication skills, initiative and self-management; structured and pragmatic problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as willingness to change and learnWhat you can look forward to
