Description

Are you a Dutch speaker? Do you love communicating with people and provide them with solutions?

We are looking for Dutch Customer Service Associates to work for an e-shop in the Netherlands that offers general merchandising products in categories such as music, film, electronics, toys, jewelry, watches, baby products, gardening and DIY.

Pack your bags for Greece and work remotely all over the country!

What you will do :

Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing the Netherlands’ leading online retailer
Listen to what drives our customers and provide solutions either by phone calls, emails, or chats
Handle inquiries about product orders, payments and deliveries, as well as customer complaints
Maintain high customer satisfaction
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

Native / near-native level in Dutch

B2-level English skills

Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Exceptional problem-solving and ability to respond to different types of characters

Adaptive skills and team spirit

European citizenship or work permit for Greece

Benefits

Monthly salary 1300€ gross

150€ Monthly Performance Bonus

14 salaries per year

Complete relocation support (flight ticket to Greece, 4-week accommodation, pick-up & drop, assistance finding an apartment, real estate fee covered by us)

Full-time job (5 working days per week, 8-hour shifts)
